Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand and dropship items, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the case of defects or significant deviations from the product description.
A claim must be submitted within fourteen days of the date of delivery.
The cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed for the unit price that is eligible for reimbursement.
If there's an issue with your product, please email us to submit a claim. You'll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will determine which of these is more appropriate on a case-by-case basis.
There are no returns permitted. Your order will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement once you have submitted it to us. In addition to forfeiting the item or items, you will be charged the return shipping fee.
